Terms of service

Every project is quoted in writing with scope, fixed price and dates before starting. Anything not in the quote is quoted separately.

Build projects (websites, pages, agents) are paid by milestones: a deposit to start and the rest on delivery. Monthly services (social, agent maintenance) are paid in advance, month to month, with no long contract.

The domain, code, photos and accounts belong to the client once the project is paid.

Eleva Studio does not guarantee Google rankings or sales results. It guarantees that the delivered work functions as quoted and corrects any defect within 30 days of delivery.
